PET POLICY:Birch Haven is
a dog-friendly cottage for
a $15.00 additional per day
charge. The rate for
weekly and monthly rentals
is $10 additional per day.
We ask that your pet be
house trained and would
accompany you as much as
possible when you are not
at Birch Haven Cottage.
A pet cleaning fee of
$100.00 will be assessed,
but may be refundable
upon departure
inspection.If you have
cleaned up after your pet
both inside and outside
the cottage and there is
no damage to Birch Haven
Cottage and the
surrounding property, your
deposit will be refunded.
Any damage to Birch Haven
Cottage will be the
responsibility of the pet
owner.
